Great pillows. Important to me. Good breakfast. Very welcoming

Beds were very comfortable (pillow top mattresses), room was very clean and smelled pleasant, breakfast buffet was good.

Hotel is located within walking distance to Wal-Mart, as well as other stores, gas stations, and some restaurants. Super convenient! It's also in a quiet area, which I greatly appreciate as I'm a light sleeper. The room itself was clean, and comfortable with a soft bed and pillows. It comes with a coffee maker, refrigerator, and a microwave too. Overall great room! The best part of my stay however was after checking out. I had an early flight out of Nashville that I'd booked a shuttle service to. The pickup spot was a gas station about 6 minutes up the interstate from the hotel, and I had planned to get a ride there from a friend around 3:30am (with shuttle pickup at 4:10am). Well, this "friend" left me hanging. I tried for a half hour to contact them, simultaneously trying to book an Uber/Lyft but at this hour in Manchester, there were understandably no drivers out and about. I was quietly stressing in the lobby, hoping for a miracle, but feeling certain I was missing my shuttle and flight. Then, the miracle... Andy, who was working the front desk at this hour, generously offered me a ride, and we arrived just before the shuttle was set to leave! Andy, I can't thank you enough. You went so far above and beyond, and saved me from the huge headache and cost of a pricey alternate flight and extra long, tiring journey home. I will never forget your kindness, and always recommend you and this hotel to anyone traveling to Manchester! Thank you again, so so much!!

Great place to stay. I was in town for a show at the caverns and this place was conveniently located, the staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area

There was black mold around the shower. No one was ever at the desk.

Everything was very clean and comfortable.

We experienced issues with the Internet, which was very slow. When I called the front desk to find out whether this was normal, the staff member informed me that the slow speed was likely due to other guests using the Internet as well. He mentioned that it was working fine for him, but didn't have any recommendations. Unfortunately, the Internet speed never improved. We also had problems with the TV. We could not change the channel or turn off the TV. I called the front desk. This time, the person told me how to get it to work; a couple of buttons needed to be pressed.

This is the best hotel for the money I think I have ever experienced. Clean and comfortable. The staff gave no problems. The breakfast was great. Eggs, waffles, biscuits, sausage gravy, bacon, etc. my only disappointment was that the a.c. Didn’t have an option to keep the fan running. So I missed out on my gray noise.
