Perfect place to relax!

The room was clean and the breakfast was well stocked and tasty.

I paid for and reserved my room on Booking.com. When i got to the hotel, I was asked for my credit card for incidentals as usual. I was then charged twice for the room. When I checked my credit card app the following day, I called the hotel and parent company to try to get the extra charge removed. The parent company opened a claim, but told me it would be faster to contact the hotel directly. I called 5 times over the next two weeks because the manager was "not available". I did get the fee removed, but that was a frustrating experience.

Convenient location, friendly staff

Rome was due for an update, worn furniture and an uncomfortable mattress. The exercise equipment needed attention.

Breakfast was cold, not hot. Room AC did not work right. Toilet handle broke.

Staff was very helpful and friendly plenty of parking. The room was quiet and clean.

The staff tried their best.

Elevator didn't work we were on the third floor. It was miserable. No quarters for the washer and dryer. The dryer took my money and didn't work. It was on the second floor and only one washer and dryer for the hotel. Again the elevator didnt work. Smoking weed No milk. Every morning at breakfast they ran out of food. Cold pool even though they said its heated, its not at all. No ice in each floor. Again the elevator didn't work. It was miserable. The staff did what they could. It is the owner who should be ashamed. They only made our beds. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels. They gave us nothing else to replenish what we used. We were there three nights.The staff did smoke weed while we were there. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff are not to blame. They really did their best with what they had.
