Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar, man hat einen schönen Blick über den See. Shuttlebus ins Zentrum gegen Gebühr vorhanden. Das Abendessen in Buffett war sehr abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft. Die Hauptgerichte wurden vom Küchenpersonal auf die Teller gelegt, dadurch hat sich niemals Stau am Buffett gebildet, obwohl das Restaurant immer voll belegt war. Die Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren alle und jederzeit sehr freundlich!!

Beim Frühstück zu viele Verpackungen wie z.B. Müslis nur in kleinen Tüten abgepackt (keine Spender vorhanden)! Für Marmelade, Honig, Schokocreme keine kleinen Glasschälchen vorhanden! Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker nur in kleinen Tüten, keine Streuer an den Tischen. Das ist nicht zeitgemäß und erzeugt zu viel Müll! Das Hallenbad muss dringend gereinigt werden, es hat sich am Rand des Beckens rundherum ein schmieriger gelblich brauner Schmutzfilm gebildet! Es wird auf Schildern zwar darauf hingewiesen vor Benutzung des Bades mit Seife zu duschen, es sind allerdings keine Seifenspender vorhanden. Sehr schade, dass NUR Gäste die über Bokking.com gebucht haben dafür 10 €/ Tag bezahlen müssen!
