Ich habe noch nie ein derart herzliches und freundliches Team erlebt wie in diesem Hotel. Die gesamte Belegschaft ist unglaublich aufmerksam und sorgt dafür, dass man sich rundum wohlfühlt. Very clean hotel. Staff were excellent. It was a great base to explore. About 1 hour walk to sirmione castle and ferry. Bus stops are only few minutes walk. But can be very unreliable.

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is too far back to view lake, so definitely not worth upgrading, if you are wanting a view. However the rooms might be bigger in size. At breakfast there was no toaster. Yet there was bread and jams. I love a bit toast after my granola yoghurt.
