We had a fabulous stay here. Everything was top notch. We came from another hotel on the lake that had a wedding every night that kept us up. The Villa Serbelloni was such a treat. The indoor pool and spa are a wonderful addition.

Everything was spectacular. The hotel is gorgeous, staff was excellent and the food delicious. 5+ service! Highly recommend this hotel. We had a lakefront view that was stunning!!

Beds and pillows are extremely hard but mattress toppers and memory foam pillows were brought next day. Breakfast is good but not as good as it used to be. Very clean and great attention to detail.

Beautiful hotel with excellent 5 star service. You should know that the directions to arrive will direct you through narrow roads filled with pedestrians...that IS the correct route, just go very slowly through the people. We loved our stay there.

Location of this hotel is as good as it comes in, very scenic! The gardens and property are beautiful! The front desk is more or less useless a lot of attitude even for guests that are staying there. I called front desk multiple times. No one answered during my stay. The staff service can be improved tremendously for the price you pay at the hotel.

Great location with great views. Staff were very friendly. My only critique was when we were trying to plan our departure, it seemed we were nearly stuck without a way to get to the train station on time the next day. We asked the hotel for help/shuttle to train station but they felt 6pm the night before departure was too late notice. We perhaps had the wrong expectations, luckily we ended up figuring out a way on our own, but was surprised the hotel concierge couldnt help with this.
