Breakfast was very good. Location was also very good and not so far away from city center.

No complains.

Je trouve le restaurant un peu vieillot, cela mériterait une petite modernisation.

Posizione perfetta a bordo lago ma comoda anche per passeggiate rilassanti, Camera luminosa, ben insonorizzata, pulizia adeguata, bella piscina interna con idromassaggio e SPA senza costi aggiuntivi, bellissimo spazio erboso protetto con lettini e molte altre comodità, compresi diversi gazebo e campo da tennis. Parcheggio privato comodissimo. Staff gentile e disponibile.

Il bar potrebbe essere più rifornito di infusi e tisane per il dopo cena. La ristorazione è organizzata principalmente per la mezza pensione, con menu limitato e orari un po' ristretti, in cui la sala da pranzo è molto affollata.

Hotel Soriso sits right on a lovely lake and lets guests use stand-up paddle boards for free. The team is friendly and even upgraded our room. The small spa is fine but nothing special. Breakfast has many choices, yet the food tastes basic, which is disappointing for such a rich area full of fresh produce.

The hotel is next to a busy road and a public beach, so it gets noisy at night; if you close the windows to block the noise, the room feels too warm. At CHF 280 per night, the hotel feels pricey for what you get.

We really enjoyed our room with lake view. The environment is beautiful. Good spa and pool. Excellent breakfast, in a big room with tables very close together. Good advise for dinner at restaurants.

Most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. Only one lady started every reply with 'It's very busy now, I don't have time to give you more information." Strange because there was nobody else asking any info both times we asked her something. It was very hard to make an appointment with a beautician while you are there. The availability is very limited. It would have been helpful if we knew that in advance. More than half of the Parking lot is under cover, for these spots you have to pay extra. The restaurant was in a big room, no pleasant corners, tables in a row. Although the menu was appealing, we didn't have dinner there.

Great restaurant and facilities. Staff other than some members of reception area were friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner were really good and a good value. Bar man was terrific. Location is ideal (second best in Levico and I have been there a lot).

Room was not as advertised in booking.com. We reserved a junior suite with a lake view, desk, sitting area, and air conditioning that presumably would work. When we first arrived we were given a normal room without all the features and air conditioning that didn’t work. When we asked about it we were changed to a room with a parking lot view…and a weird layout (table, chair under tv). Air conditioning only cooled to 20 Celsius (16-18 is ideal for sleeping according to most studies). After two days into a five day stay I asked if we could finally get the room as described in the reservation and even offered to pay more. Was shown a room that was closer to description but was told by the staff that the ac would only cool to 22 Celsius (which is too hot for comfortable sleeping). So it was either take a room that was close to as described but hot or stay where we were in a weird room with a parking lot view. We chose to remain. What is bothersome is some of the reception staff either lied or were really misinformed/ignorant about the air conditioning. We were told at various times that 1) there is a law in Italy that the air can only be set six degrees colder than the outside temperature (which isn’t true), that the ac didn’t work, or that it was not possible to set the temperature below 22 even though our weird parking lot view room could go to 20. So long story short 5 nights of not sleeping in a hotel after not sleeping on the plane from across the pond. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and have never had as many uncomfortable sleepless nights in a row. Shame that beginning of first five days of vacation were ruined. Especially since rest of hotel is nice and most of staff (other than some members of reception) are nice and honest.

We loved the indoor swimming pool and all the wellness facilities. Also breakfast was good. Lovely setting in the park and the proximity of the lake. Many opportunities for trips in the region. The trolley for the baggage is very useful - we do not see it in many hotels.

Well, maybe the breakfast room could be a bit prettier. - we hate artificial flowers. The view from our room was not bad, but next time we'll definitely book a room with the view of the lake, despite the higher price.
