The staff were accommodating, they tried hard to accommodate our requests

Ok firstly, definitely overpriced, outdated, no in the main area, fair distance to main shops. Breakfast very basic, not appealing at all. We booked because of it being on the beach, hope you have good balance as access is not good, large rocks everywhere no sand as advertised on the pictures. Ok for one night but not extended stays. Pre booked transfers to port, 1 week in advance, quoted 80 eur then they stuff van with 4 other guests at same price minus 5 eur not acceptable.

Great location on the beach. Not much in Santa Marinella but the hotel and staff were amazing. Right on the beach rooms clean and tidy.

We got upgraded to an ocean view room but the AC barely worked.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The hotel has an excellent entrance directly out to the beach that has sunbeds and umbrellas included in your hotel room price available. Very friendly and helpful staff. It is also only 15mins by foot to the very picturesque town of Santa Marinella. I highly recommend this hotel.
