La Jacia Hotel & Resort

Location was ok, room was very nice, beautiful scenary, staff was very helpful, parking near room free of charge

The walls are thin so you hear very loud noises from the rooms near you, so loud that it could get you up in the night.

The service at this hotel was incredible! All the staff were polite, helpful and always went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and spacious and the grounds of the property itself were beautiful.

Indeed it is a bit noisy and there is no room service without a fee of 5 euros.

the personal was very polite and gave us a lot of advice to visite the area. the hotel was clean and the idea of doing a small village was very nice.

the shower might be renewed. the noise isolation was really really bad.

Large resort type hotel, the ground are lovely with lots of plants. Our room had its own balcony that was quite private which was nice & a good view. I enjoyed the classic Sardinian styled rooms.

Bathroom was a little dated but that’s fine. Location is okay but takes a fair walk into town / requires a cab.

Very nice hotel with lovely pool next to the Aquadream Park. Rooms are nice and clean, but our room had minor defects that could have been repaired. Breakfast buffet is nice, but the choice of food a bit limited. Staff very friendly and nice

We arrived in Sardinia on May 1st looking forward to the trip however on arrival the resort was extremely quiet. We were the only guests in the hotel and the bar and pool wasn't yet open. Hotels.com really should advertise this fact on their website. Andrea the owner was extremely helpful and offered us the use of a beautiful apartment down the road in Liscia di vacca which was great as we didn't have to stay in a deserted hotel. The apartment is right next to some bars and restaurants and this really helped us to have a great time. Andrea was really helpful in telling us about local attractions and things to do around the area. We'll definitely return to La Jacia in the future, albeit when the season is up and running. Andrea was a great host and we look forward to staying with them again.
