"Lovely hotel"

Hotel was great. Pool area really clean, plenty of sunbeds. Food was lovely, everyone in our coach party were catered for. Staff are fab, very polite and efficient. Loved every bit of this holiday.

La terrazza che disponeva di una tavolo e 2 sedie.

Esperienza molto deludente. Nonostante la richiesta esplicita di un letto matrimoniale fatta in fase di prenotazione, ci è stata assegnata una camera con due letti singoli accostati, coperti solo da un topper, risultando scomodi e inadeguati. La nota dolente, però, è arrivata poco prima del check-out: abbiamo trovato uno scarafaggio all'interno del cassetto del comodino (allego foto a testimonianza). Abbiamo segnalato l'accaduto a Booking, ma la struttura ha respinto il nostro reclamo senza assumersi alcuna responsabilità. Sconsigliato.

"Little Gem in Diano Marina crown"

Spent 6 nights as part of Leger holiday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food quality and choices were very good. As a vegetarian I was very well catered for. Lovely outdoor pool with spotless pool area and plenty of seating. Bedrooms maybe a little dated and the shower cubicle very tiny. Good fun entertainment in the evening with quizzes, bingo and live music. Would definitely recommend.
