"good hotel in the heart of Diano Marina"

Staff is very friendly, room was comfortable. Good wifi.. and they offer you free coffee at the lobby! (and, if you're too lazy to go to the lobby, there's also a kettle in the room) From the hotel you can easily reach both the sea and (if you're a pilgrim/hiker) the church of S.Giacomo.

From the train station it's a long (2.2 km) and boring walk to get to the hotel. But all the fatigue is cancelled, once you reach the hotel and are greeted by the hotel's welcoming staff.

Emplacement tranquille à quelques pas du bord de mer Chambre propre et très bien équipée, notamment la bouilloire avec thé et café de courtoisie et le frigo bar Boissons chaudes gratuites à disposition à la réception

Mauvaise insonorisation. On entend même parler les occupants chambres voisines. Bruit de soufflerie probablement dû aux unités extérieures de la clim/chauffage

Huisdiervriendelijkheid, prijs/ kwaliteitverhouding, het supervriendelijke personeel en al het andere waarvoor hoge scores werden gegeven.

Houding tegenover Booking.com klanten waar alles pas een uur later kan en eerder moet of je overal extra voor moet betalen. Mijn advies aan het hotel zou zijn: beëindig dan de samenwerking met Booking.com. Je voelt je nu als Booking.com gast door e.e.a. (zoals de briefjes in de lift) erg ongewenst!! Het beginnen met een lawaaierige bladblazer om 7.30 's ochtends onder je raam. Onhandig is dat men zich steeds fysiek bij de receptie moet melden om de poort van het tegenover gelegen parkeerterrein bij aankomst en vertrek geopend te krijgen.
