Grand Hotel & Riviera

A very nice and clean hotel with an excellent breakfast, a large swimming pool, and its own spa facilities. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The beaches are located directly across from the hotel, just a one-minute walk away. There is also a beautiful bridge and waterfront promenade nearby, perfect for walks and enjoying the scenery. The area is quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked very well while remaining pleasantly quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

Wi-Fi is quite slow, so I used the mobile network most of the time.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auch der Bademeister war in diesem Jahr deutlich angenehmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war perfekt zubereitet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Unser Hotelzimmer bot einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Ein großes Lob auch an das Reinigungsteam, das hervorragende Arbeit geleistet hat. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch den Barkeeper mit dem Pferdeschwanz, der sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam war. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, das Abendessen etwas mehr zu bewerben. Ein großes Buffet speziell für Hotelgäste wäre eine tolle Idee gewesen. Auch an der Poolbar wäre es schön, wenn man Eisbecher bestellen könnte

Hotel mooi centraal in Lido di Camaiore. Kamer was schoon met hoog plafond. Parkeergelegenheid is goed toegankelijk en overdekt. Bij het ontbijt ruime keuze.

Badkamer was erg klein.

Peccato forse per lisonorizzazione perché la signora della stanza a fianco alle 7 si è messa a fare call una dietro l’altra in vivavoce ed era come averla in camera con noi

Prezzo altissimo per una notte (300 euro) Mini bar non si sapeva se era incluso Per il cagnolino non c'era nulla (ciotolina, cuccia...) Non c'era acqua sui comodini Nessuno ci ha proposto se volevamo un cappuccino o qualche bevanda che non fosse dalla macchinetta

The staff were wonderful. We had our 1 year old daughter with us and they were fantastic with her. The breakfasts were great and the pool is a massive plus. Our room was nice and the rest of the hotel was clean and comfortable.
