The Spa is open every day, including holidays, from 10:00 to 20:00. Access to the wellness center is subject to an additional charge of € 30.00 per person and lasts two hours. Reservation is required. Access to the Spa is subject to availability. Children under 16 are not permitted to enter. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 50.00 per pet, per night applies. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 6 kilos. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any damage that may occur as a result of their pet’s stay. In the event of documented damages, the hotel reserves the right to charge the corresponding repair or replacement costs. The Promenade Luxury Wellness Hotel is a 5-minute walk from the lively Viale Ceccarini and 1 km away from Riccione Train Station, about 3 km from the Riccione A14 motorway exit, 4.5 km from Rimini airport, 7 Km from Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli and about 130 km from Bologna international airport. Свеженький отель, вид из окна, приятное обслуживание (за исключением одного официанта на завтраке), в целом, персонал на ресепшен и в баре очень дружелюбен и готовый общаться на нашем языке, чтобы нам помочь, что очень приятно!

La struttura è molto elegante, nuova e funzionale...la posizione è ottima La colazione spettacolare

La stanza ha una dimensione infelice, l' armadio, assurdo...non ci sta niente, siamo stati con la valigia aperta 5 giorni La cosa più imbarazzante è questa sensazione di freddezza che non ti fa sentire in Romagna...sembra di essere in una città cosmopolita anziché nella regione Emilia Romagna, dove il calore e l' ospitalità sono di casa.. Il personale è freddo come l' ambiente Si distingue solo la parte di ristorante e bar ma anche lì, bisogna comunque stare" attenti" perché non sono così trasparenti nei costi, e, sinceramente, andare in vacanza per passare 5 giorni di relax con la sensazione che ti " freghino" sui servizi, anche no... Torneremo a Riccione Ma non li

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel. Die Leidenschaft ist täglich spürbar. Tolles Personal ob an der Rezeption, Zimmerdienst, Parkdienst oder im Restaurant. Stehts professionell und aufmerksam. Top Lage mit super Aussicht. Gerne jederzeit wieder. Vielen dank für die erholsamen Weihnachts Ferien.
