Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante dell'hotel è una vera coccola: per la qualità del cibo, i piatti curati ma soprattutto per l'ospitalità del maître Ernesto il quale ti comprende con uno sguardo e ti fa sentire a casa! L'hotel si trova nel cuore di Riccione e a due passi dal mare.
