The location was incredible and the hotel js very lovely with wonderful terraces overlooking the lake.

The pool wasn’t a great size for swimming. Also they included a service tip on the final bill even though we paid a tip for meals and drinks. It’s optional to pay but when it’s included in the price and you must ask to remove it that’s embarrassing so we left it on.

Magnifique séjour, personnel poli et sympathique, literie très confortable, chambre rénovée et décorée avec goût, plage bien entretenue et propice à la détente, belle piscine bien que l’eau pourrait être chauffée, vue spectaculaire sur le lac Majeur, nous y reviendrons <3

Les boutons pour la lumières dans la chambres (suite junior vue sur le lac) doivent être changés car ne fonctionnent plus très bien et les pantoufles sont très glissantes et n’adhèrent pas au parquet.

Staff molto cortese, hotel pulito con spiaggia privata e piscina. Colazione in terrazza con vista super. Camera con terrazza enorme con vista sul lago davvero incantevole.
