C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel, c'est toujours parfait, l'accueil d'abord (en français s'il vous plaît), puis tout le reste (le repas du soir, le petit déjeuner, l'emplacement au bord du lac à deux pas de l'embarcadère pour les îles, le confort de la chambre, rien à redire

"Bonne localisation pour rayonner le long du Lac Majeur"

Localisation face aux îles Borromées, chambre spacieuse rénovée, lit confortable, grande douche et salle de bain bien équipée, personnel accueillant et discret. Restaurant agréable.

Le bruit est extrêmement présent ...en hors saison. Le vitrage est simplement inefficace à une protection optimale pour l'exterieur, et les murs manquent d'insonorisation vous permettant de partager les conversations des voisins. La piscine non accessible et non chauffée malgré les indications au moment de la réservation. Dommage car elle est bien disposée et suffisamment grande pour y passer des moments agréables. Au bout de 4 jours le petit déjeuner devient répétitif...mais nous étions hors saison.
