La chambre familiale répondait à nos attentes et est bien mieux que sur les photos.Elle bénéficie de 2 grandes chambres et d'une superbe vue sur le lac. Le personnel était très serviable et gentil, nous donnant de nombreuses informations sur les activités à faire autour de l'hôtel. L'hôtel ne possède pas de parking privé mais un parking public et gratuit à 100m nous a permis de nous garer facilement ( peut-être un peu plus compliqué pour un séjour en juillet ou août). L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, à 2 min de l'embarcadère pour visiter les îles Borromées.

Die Aussicht auf den See

Leider war uns nicht bewusst dass die Hauptverkersstr..direkt vor dem Hotel verläuft und daher sehr große Lärmbelästigungen keinen Erholsamen Schlaf zuließen. Mit geöffneten Fenster konnte man vor 1 Uhr Nacht kein Auge zu tun.Auf die Bitte die Klimaanlage benutzen zu dürfen wurde uns gesagt dass diese vom Techniker zuerst programmiert werden müsste. Als wir nach 2 Tagen den Aufenthalt abbrechen wollten hat man uns die Fernbedienung der Anlage ins Zimmer gebracht. Allerdings wurde zuerst unser Zimmer aufgeschlossen und nachdem man festgestellt hat dass wir im Zimmer sind wurde geklopft. Tage später wurde wieder aufgeschlossen und erst als man festgestellt hat dass wir im Zimmer sind wurde angekopft. Wir sind dann am letzten Tag vor dem Frühstück abgereist um uns zuhause von dem Urlaub was wirklich keiner war zu erholen. Können dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen.
