Zimmer zur sehr befahrenen Straße (hatten wir erwartet, da erst am Vortag gebucht) Keine deutschen TV Sender, beliebt bei Hundehaltern; Parkgebühr, lauwarmes Teewasser, 0815 Frühstück, sehr kulant gegenüber Rauchern.

The reception staff were all lovely and very helpful. Victoria who worked with the bar / restaurant team was fabulous. The restaurant manager unfortunately was extremely taciturn and unwelcoming. The cleaning staff definitely deserve a mention as they were all extremely efficient and very friendly.

For a 4 star hotel I expected as a minimum of: 1) Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I did not have a kettle, cups and saucers, tea bags or a coffee machine 2) A mini bar with at least some drinks / snacks inside. The mini bar was totally empty and remained so 3) bottled water to be replenished every day. We only received water on the first day and thereafter had to pay at the bar 4) there also wasn’t a room service menu in the hotel bedroom which again is very odd in a 4 star hotel.

a most beautiful hotel. Classical in the best way. excellent stuff very helpful. very comfortable minisuite.perfect view.Bed and pillows very comfortable. we slept with the balcony facing the lake- very very quite. we could hear the lake waves

The breakfast was very limited. Dinner was not good. even in the mini suite the bathroom was a little small
