Excellent Hotel and Staff

The first true 3 star hotel I stayed in while in Italy. Tremendous location, one block from the train station, across the street from the museum.

The personals are nice and helpful, location is great.

Internet is terrible, if you need constant WiFi so you can consider twice.

The location

The location is perfect and is connecting you everywhere in Via Marina. The staff are friendly. The rooms are not so welcome. It's clean until the limits. The worst thing is that they are changing the fee for calling a taxi. Where in the world do they do that?.

This hotel was so nice and clean! The location was great for walking everywhere! The staff were kind and extremely helpful. Especially Ahlam (I hope that is her correct name and I apologize if not). She went above and beyond every day to make sure I felt comfortable and safe as a female solo traveler. I am forever grateful to her for helping me get to the train station after my ferry got cancelled and I only had a few minutes to catch my train to Rome. The staff in charge of cleaning my room did an amazing job! My room was comfortable and very clean. The free breakfast was delicious, including the coffee machine. This hotel was amazing and completely exceeded my expectations.

I arrived before check in time and since the room was ready, the hotel allowed me to check in early without charging. Very good cost benefit, great location near the port, restaurants and stores within a walking distance. Safe neighborhood. The breakfast was good too, fruits, yogurt, Nutella, croissant, coffee machine. The employees were nice and efficient.
