"Excelente atención de los recepcionistas, siempre nos guiaron y además nos reservaron el paseo a Murano y Burano. Además"

La ubicación excelente. A una cuadra del tren y en la misma cuadra el bus. Otro detalle nos guardaron las maletas sin costo hasta el checkin. Y nos cobraron la tasa de impuestos en tarjeta, cosa que en todos lados te piden cash y es incómodo.

El café del desayuno no era muy bueno.

5 min walk from train/bus station, very convenient if you travel. Room was clean, nice bathroom. Staff very friendly.

Refrigerator in the room did not work.

L'hotel è a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Venezia Mestre in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Inoltre ho apprezzato le dimensioni della stanza e la cordialità e professionalità dello staff.

La prima colazione aveva poca scelta e non veniva rifornita spessa. La camera in cui ho soggiornato aveva la vasca e mi sarebbe piaciuto essere informato e messo nella possibilità di scegliere un'alternativa con doccia, se disponibile.
