"Pleasant and convenient! Very nice breakfast."

Amazing staff and old world charm. Great location to trains and for 1 night did the job well great breakfast and coffee.

Air conditioning did not work well and the beds not great. For one night it was ok.

Quarto em pessimas condições, número pregado com papel e fita adesiva na porta, frigobar não funciona, só o suporte da televisão em um dos quartos, batente da porta do banheiro no reboco sem acabamento...

Buona la posizione, non lontana dalla cosiddetta zona dantesca di Ravenna. Ampio e comodo il letto da una piazza e mezza. La possibilità di regolare o spegnere l'aria condizionata. Le condizioni di prenotazione, senza pagamento anticipato.

Erano piuttosto ridotte le dimensioni del bagno interno alla camera singola e difettosa la chiusura delle ante in plastica del box doccia, mancava un tappetino a terra.

Ottima posizione, colazione nella norma, staff gentile e disponibile, camera completa di tutti i comfort. Wifi ottimo 👍🏼

La struttura è un po' vecchia, meriterebbe di essere ridipinta e i muri in alcuni punti sbrecciati, messi a posto. Piccoli interventi per una struttura che merita ampiamente per accoglienza dello staff molto gentile e posizione invidiabile (vicina al centro e alla stazione)

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof war von Vorteil. Es war sauber, das Bett bequem. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und es wurde trotz meiner Anfrage nicht reagiert. Obwohl der check- out auf 10 Uhr in der Hotelordnung steht, fand ich um 9:30 Uhr nach einem kurzen Spaziergang vor dem Hotel, die Reinigungskraft in meinem Zimmer.Meine gesamten persönlichen Sachen waren noch im Zimmer, während sie bereits das Bett neu bezog.... Das geht meiner Meinung gar nicht.
