"Tolles Hotel, mit deutlichen Abschlägen durch die Nachbarn"

das Personal ist sehr freundlich, bemüht uns zuvorkommend! Von einem Ausfallschutz für unser Kleinkind, bis hin zu dem Kinderstuhl beim Frühstück, wurde alles als selbstverständlich betrachtet und ohne lange zu fragen zur Verfügung gestellt. Top!

größter Nachteil an dem Hotel ist leider das Nachbarhotel (The One 5-Sterne mit Roof-Top-Bar). An sich wäre die Lage perfekt, direkt am Strand. Durch das Nachbarhotel jedoch entwertet. Von 19:00 bis 23:15 läuft auf der Dachterrasse von den Nachbarn extrem laute Loungemusik mit heftigen Bass-Schlägen. Gebucht wurde von uns ein FAMILIENZIMMER - wir waren dann im 3. Stock mit Blick auf das Hotel und Beschallung bis 23:15, selbst im Zimmer noch deutlich hörbar. Auf das Balkonsetzen, während unser Kind drinnen schon schläft, war nicht zu denken, da es derart laut war, dass wir die Tür nicht einmal öffnen konnten, auch nicht zum lüften... An der Rezeption wurden wir leider vertröstet, dass sie auch nichts daran ändern können, und um 23:15 hören die auf.

Pokoj s vířivkou na terase, velká sprcha, kvalitní matrace manželská postel, snídaně , paní recepční maximálně vstřícná a s úsměvem 👍👍

Očekával bych samostatnou obsluhu v baru. Paní recepční se moc snažila všechno stihnout a vždy s úsměvem.
