El servicio de cenas y desayunos es impecable. Buena comida y una atención por parte del personal muy atenta.

La habitación estaba sin barrer. El suelo acumulaba mucha mucha suciedad y pelos. Fue muy desagradable. Avisé en recepción a los 10 minutos de llegar y la respuesta fue que "no me prometían nada". No me parece una respuesta adecuada para un hotel ****. Entiendo que fue un descuido por parte del servicio de limpieza y me tocó a mi, pero la falta de respuesta por parte del hotel deja mucho que desear...
