L'emplacement, la propreté et l'amabilité du personnel

Manque petite bouteille eau de bienvenue dans le frigo, et une boite de mouchoirs dans la chambre, et un petit set de cotons pour un 4 etoiles. Murs et plafonds mal insonorisés: on a été dérangé par les voisins d a cote et du dessus; et problème de fenêtre qui se ferme très mal, vieille clim très bruyante. Petit déjeuner cher pour ce que c'est. Beaucoup de mouches dans la chambre car balcon végétalise mitoyen. Couloirs qui nécessiteraient un rafraîchissement. Ascenseur et escaliers très étroits.
