Globales Cala Blanca

We have just arrived home today after a week at the hotel. Am interested to see if anyone else has come down with a dodgy stomach? We only ate there and have been ill all night that’s both myself and my husband. The canteen and it is a canteen is over packed with tables and chairs. The food is not the best and a lot of the time COLD. The staff were lovely and we stayed on the grass away from the hectic pool. We wouldn’t go back as stated by someone previously it’s not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination. I

Disappointed with the food and dinning room did not feel this was four star. Rooms basic and no mirror to sit and do make up and hair unless I wanted to stand in bathroom.

Very enjoyable stay , all the staff were great , The food was good quality and always varied . Excellent salad options and always a choice of meat and vegetarian dishes . The hotel was spotless and the room was cleaned daily . The service in the bar was excellent . The entertainment team were excellent , working hard throughout the day and evening . Night time entertainment was very good , the magician was very funny . Never a problem getting a sunbed and overall a lovely week long break

Found the hotel very clean all the staff were very helpful & friendly and the food very good but not always as hot as it should be . The beer & spirits are ok too and didn't have to wait to get served at anytime during my stay . The pool isn't that big but wasn't that busy due to end of summer season. Have stopped at the other Globales hotel down the road in the past but preferred this one better .

The rooms were standard with limited wardrobe space, balcony was large enough, shower was over the bath but powerful enough. The restaurant provided a wide range of food at meal times, with really well cooked dishes, however the restaurant itself is quite small so it can be busy especially around the serving areas so you don't have the chance to look at the options, early for breakfast and late for lunch and dinner give you the opportunity to have a good look at each dish. The staff work hard to serve you throughout the hotel. Around the pool can be busy with beds quite close together, but usually beds available at most times. Entertainment at night was varied to suit most people's needs but the bingo is not for me. The entertainment team put on various activities during the day for all to enjoy. Had a great time though and met some lovely people. Some great places just down from the hotel to watch glorious sunsets from with a supermarkets nearby.

Unforgettable… but for all the wrong reasons. The so-called tapas night felt more like a survival challenge than a dinner: the dining room was so overcrowded it resembled a packed tube carriage at rush hour, with unbearable noise that made it impossible to enjoy the meal. The buffet food was cold, as if it had been sitting there all evening “absorbing the atmosphere.” The only bright side were the three waiters, who were basically running a marathon around the dining room, giving 100% to try and keep everyone served. Honestly, it’s embarrassing that with so many guests they only staffed three people… unless management truly believed they had superpowers And then there was the maître d’ – stern, unfriendly, with such a sour expression that instead of making the experience better, it actually made you want to leave the dining room altogether Thanks to the two waitresses and the waiter, at least it wasn’t all bad. But if they can’t hire more staff, they simply shouldn’t take in so many customers.

Just returned home from a lovely weeks holiday at the Globales Cala Blancam, Menorca. We went all inclusive for the first time ever and am happy that we did. The hotel was great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was very good as was the bar. Great Swimming Pool too. Our room was not the biggest we've had but it was clean and comfortable. We hardly moved from the Hotel as there was no need to, we had everything we wanted there.

Last minute booking to this hotel for myself, husband & 9 year old daughter ! Wow what can I say the place is brilliant, food excellent, the theme nights were amazing ! Rooms very clean and tidy and house keeping attended daily ! The whole hotel cleaned daily from top to bottom! All staff friendly and provide plenty of entertainment for adults & children Hotel situated near 2 beaches within a 15 minute walk and plenty of shops ! Highly recommend and we will return ! Thank you
