The Hotel is in a convenient location.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff could barely speak English, which made communication extremely difficult throughout the stay. Some employees also seemed uninterested and dismissive rather than helpful. The hotel itself was very noisy. The walls and ceilings are extremely thin, so you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and the hallway, especially loud guests at night. When I arrived, my room key card did not work, so I was given a physical key instead. The hotel is split into two separate buildings, and I was placed in the building without a reception desk, pool and breakfast room. The worst part happened during the night: whenever someone in the room above me used the shower, water started leaking heavily through the ceiling into my bathroom. Within minutes, the entire bathroom floor was flooded. I had to walk to the other building in the middle of the night to find assistance at the reception. Again, the staff member spoke almost no English, and I did not feel taken seriously at all. I was eventually moved to another room, but the only response I received was a simple “sorry” — no compensation, no upgrade, nothing. Overall, this was a very stressful and unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

I was travelling alone as a female. I checked in and was given my room key. At 10pm, an unknown male entered my room with a key. He had been given the same room number and key. Staff rang me and were surprised I was in the room. No apology was made and I was unsure whether I would be safe the rest of the night. Poor communication, organisation and record keeping by staff was clearly the issue, however this seriously compromised my safety. Sharing review to warn other solo travellers

Es gab zu wenig Platz für die Sachen wenn zwei Personen das Zimmer teilen

Unfortunately i have to say that the girl at the reception was the unfriendliest person i have ever seen. She obviously did not enjoy her work but should not be placed in front of customers or guests. I think her name was Jemma.

Fijn contact via de mail, ruime mindervalide kamer met de juiste faciliteiten. Het witte krukje is van het hotel, de blauwe stoel in de douche hadden we gehuurd bij een extern bedrijf dat deze met scootmobiel naar het hotel bracht.

Jammer dat we geen uitzicht/balkon hadden aangezien de mindervalide kamers op de begane grond zaten.
