Ambiente familiare pulito il cibo buono

quello che non mi è piaciuto è stato il costo aggiuntivo applicato a nostro figlio di 3 anni. Non abbiamo richiesto alcun letto extra e il bambino ha dormito con noi. Inoltre, ci è stato addebitato un supplemento alto per il bambino, cosa che raramente accade negli hotel, dove generalmente i bambini piccoli soggiornano gratuitamente o con condizioni più favorevoli.

"Nice hotel, too many children for us though, and not happy about this one member of staff."

Good choice for breakfast, plenty of food

Had a run in with one member of staff who was extremely rude. I was showing my friend who had a premier booking (we didn’t), where the roof top bar and premier pool were as we had been at the hotel a few days when he arrived. The woman wouldn’t even let me show my friend the pool, told me I wasn’t allowed on the floor, at the bar etc, told me to get out, I tried to explain I was only showing my friend but she was relentless, appalling behaviour. Never been spoken to like that by anyone in the service industry. I was in the industry for 30 years - disgraceful
