Great location, close shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly. Nice bonus to have free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Cosy lounge and board games were a nice surprise.

The bathroom was old and not very appealing.

LE petit déjeuner et l'emplacement de l'hôtel

L'accueil ne répondait pas au téléphone lors de notre arrivée. Nous n'avons donc pas pu accéder au parking et avons bloqué la circulation pendant plusieurs minutes. La chambre n'a pas les critères d'un hôtel *** et avait une mauvaise odeur. Nous avons eu un très fort bruit de soufflerie jusqu'à plus de minuit le 1er soir, nous empêchant de dormir le fenêtre ouverte.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très appréciable, au centre de Chamonix. Nous aimons être dans cet établissement quand nous venons passer un séjour à Chamonix (4ème séjour). Les petits déjeuners sont copieux et de qualité. Nous n'oublions jamais un mot de remerciement pour l'ensemble du personnel. Et nous apprécions également le fait de pouvoir emmener notre animal de compagnie.

Peut-être la salle de bain, mais j'ai crû comprendre qu'une rénovation de l'hôtel était prévu.

Posizione ottimale in pieno centro. Personale gentilissimo e molto accogliente. Bella l'idea di offrire acqua e bevande calde agli ospiti.

La struttura è un po' agée e la camera, benché sapziosa,andrebbe ristrutturata un po' (pavimento, rivestimento bagno e sanitari).

"It’s in the city center but very old buildings/rooms."

Front desk is very nice and very accommodating and friendly. They walk you through everything and help with any questions

Property is very old. Hard to use regular amenities. I was afraid I would fall off the tube after taking shower.

Schone kamer, alles wat nodig is om een nachtje te slapen. Gratis koffie op de gang.

10 minuten nodig bij inchecken om creditcard te registreren. Terwijl creditcard nergens voor nodig is, kamer is al betaald, creditcard is al doorgegeven bij boeking. En dan om 07:05 word ik door de receptie gebeld op mijn IPhone : “Are you in the reception area?” NEE verdomme, ik lig in bed en jullie bellen me wakker! Onvergeeflijke blunder!
