Parador de Cádiz

La ubicación es excelente, las vistas son muy bonitas y la habitación es espectacular. La piscina es muy bonita y hay unas vistas del mar preciosas. Es para repetir.

El desayuno para ser buffet muy poco cuidado, productos de calidad normalita/baja: jamón serrano no demasiado bueno, pan que se deshacía posiblemente por mala congelación y descongelación ( y no probamos solo 1 bollito de pan) máquina de café atascada y no se reponía lo que se gastaba y bajamos a las 9:30.

The property was clean.

The stay at the Parador was definitely not anywhere close to luxury or premier. Maria Jose at the front desk was extremely rude, unfriendly, and went out of her way to be difficult. The customer service is nonexistent. I would recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

Everything no complaints what so ever.

המלון ממוקם על קו האוקיינוס והנוף מהחדר מרהיב. בריכת השחיה גדולה מאד, החדרים מאובזרים ומפנקים.

In general the staff were nice The view is fantastic

The building- huge, walking from elevator to the restaurant takes ages and a lot of walk. Breakfast - you have to make a "reservation" for the time- one day before. Not clear why...because in any case the service at breakfast was down. The products were at the lowest quality , eggs were cooked in advance and we had a long story until they decided to cook fresh eggs for us. All the buffet is hundreds of meters distance from tables, breakfast means 2 km walk! They have the same wood sticks from the pandemy( maybe they think is a good idea but it is not!) and you have to use them if you want to pick a fruit or a piece of cheese or anything. This is ridiculous, why not to use regular forks or spoons...we are healthy now! I hav'nt seen something like that anywhere in a hotel and I travel a lot! Everything was a result of bad organisation. The room: very badly designed, a lot of glass- every door is glass, a lot of wasted spaces, bathroom very weird, a very very small shower , in a very strange location, the wc was practically in the room, the 2 sinks were so small and all the water splashed all over Lights system was impossible to manage, fir example in the night when you go to the bath, the lights at the entrance (!) switched on ( they hace a movement sensor). Not all the house have to come up at night if I go to the toilet! Why are they still continuing wirh this? And if you go out of the room, when you come back all the lights will automaticaly light on and the blinds go up. First time I was in shock! The door at the balcony was extremely hard to open and close, it is extremely heavy... Very incomfortable hotel A very bad smell from the shower and wc all over the room

Location. Quality and value for money.

Breakfast was a shambles. Simply told to go and find a table. No guidance about where things were. Lots of tables left littered with dirty dishes and ours had no cups. We have to search for them. It seemed to us there were not enough staff available to service the needs of guests and tidy up.

Fina, stora rum med balkong. Nära gamla stan vilket var perfekt!
