Las vistas son increíbles. La ubicación inmejorable. La piscina agradabilísima. La habitación amplia y confortable. Buen servicio, personal amable y solícito. No se puede pedir más a un establecimiento.

Evening meal was poor quality and overpriced Staff team were generally helpful and welcoming but in the restaurant this wasn’t the case.

Ubicació, neteja, servei i qualitat del menjar

The standard double room was very lovely. It felt luxurious, was spotlessly clean, spacious, with very comfortable beds, a great bathroom, and with beautiful views across the mountains from the balcony. I really can't fault the room at all. The interior public spaces were very beautiful, and again spotless.

The outdoor pool was a lovely temperature, but the surrounding areas were in need of maintenance. The glass panels around the pool were extremely smeared and grimy, and the walk through showers and foot baths to enter the pool weren't working. Also I had thought that at a location of this standard, there would have been a bar/kiosk for snacks and drinks, or at least a service to to take orders and bring drinks to the pool, but there was only a vending machine. I was disappointed to find that the pool doesn't open until 11.30am. I would have loved to have been able to have a last swim before the 12 noon check-out, but obviously that wasn't possible. However, the biggest disappointment was the restaurant experience. It's located in a beautiful room, with incredible views, and the food and service from our waiter was excellent. However, as we started to eat, 2 hours before the end of the scheduled dinner service, the clattering of a trolley rolling in between tables, laden with crockery and cutlery commenced, as the staff started to set the tables around us for breakfast service! We had chosen to dine in the hotel restaurant on our first evening, to celebrate a special occasion, but I'm really sad to say that the previously serene, early evening atmosphere was completely ruined by this. Not only did it make me feel as though we were in the way, occupying a table the staff would rather be able to clear and set ready for the next morning, at times it was difficult to converse above the cacophony of cups and saucers. This should absolutely never happen in a restaurant of this standard, and it's certainly not the type of service I would expect in a venue which is part of the Paradores group. The other thing that I really felt affected what should have felt like a special stay, was the sense that the hotel existed primarily as a corporate event venue.

die Lage ist aussergewöhnlich, der Pool gross und gepflegt, gute Parkmöglichkeit, das Essen im großen Esssaal möglich, aber auch individuell im riesigen Kuppel-Atrium.
