Lokalizacja bardzo dobra dla osób podróżujących samochodem, szybki wyjazd na obwodnicę. Podziemny parking hotelowy skomunikowany bezpośrednio z obiektem. Hotel o odległości kilkuminutowego spaceru od katedry i kilkudziesięciu minut spokojnym spacerem od Alhambry.

Wyposażenie pokoju wymaga lekkiego odświeżenia. Hotel bezpośrednio przy dość ruchliwej ulicy, otwarcie okna w nocy nie wchodzi w rachubę.
