Asoect of hotel, location. Nice breakfast.

Abrupt Italian waitress on our first night. Even though we had reserved dinner at 7pm, we were told that we would have to wait as they were very busy. We asked the other nice waitress and there was no problem. Garden and plants a bit sad in the front and lobby. This gives the impression of tiredness.
