Nie jest molochem, ale jest wszytko co mile widziane w hotelu. Dobra lokalizacja.

Śniadanie ok, choć dosyć monotonne. O 10 już wyłączają ekspresy do kawy. Po zapytaniu o godne wymeldowania uzyskałam odpowiedź 11.30, koleżanki z drugiego pokoju 11, a booking wskazywał 12. Większa część personelu nie mówi po angielsku.

Buffet petit déjeuner varié. Accueil chaleureux à la réception. Parking au sous-sol appréciable (18€ par jour)

Odeur dérangeante dans la chambre. Indépendamment de l’hôtel, l’accès est compliqué en voiture (routes très étroites, beaucoup de sens uniques … )

Quiero destacar la excelente atención recibida por parte de Said durante todo el proceso. Desde el primer momento, tanto en el aparcamiento como en el check-in, mostró una actitud profesional, amable y muy servicial. Estuvo atento a todos los detalles, resolvió nuestras dudas con rapidez y nos hizo sentir cómodos y bien atendidos. Su trato cercano, educado y eficiente contribuyó a que la experiencia fuera mucho más agradable. Sin duda, es una persona que transmite confianza y demuestra un gran compromiso con su trabajo. La tranquilidad y la ubicación, cerca del centro pero sin la molestia del ruido de la gente.

Creo que el buffet tiene mucha mejora, sobretodo en colocación de la comida y variedad de platos.
