Asansör olmaması, odalar çok küçüktü; iki kişinin valizini açabileceği yer yoktu. Asansör olmayısı da sıkıntılıydı

Location

The room that they gave us had issue with the heating. The switch was broken so it couldn't get turned off, being 25°C outside. Not suitableto stay in, the offered us a huge apartment on the top floor in poorly conditions, the toilet had a broken shower, the didn't have a night lamp so to turned off the light the switch it was outside the room. The feeling was that it was an abandoned room out of order. As for the staff, the lady in the evening shift was super kind and friendly to try fix the issue. But the guy working in noon shift was completely useless, we reported to him the heating issue after we checked in. He didn't fix it, said he was going to ask to fix it while we were out, but they didn't and as we were told neither the issue was reported, so at 10pm we were still with the unresolved problem. Bottom line. I wouldn't come back, by any chance. Spend 10 more quid night and you'll find a much better option in the area
