El personal en general fue amable y atento. El desayuno era un buffet con muchas opciones y algunos platos muy buenos, como los bizcochos caseros, y otros más básicos hechos en masa para la gran cantidad de huéspedes que había (con su consecuente bajada de calidad). Las habitaciones, grandes y cómodas. En el buffet el personal se esforzaba al máximo por tener todo siempre surtido, recogido y limpio.

El gimnasio no está incluido en el precio del hotel. Lo pone en la ficha de booking, pero muy escondido. Igual que la piscina interior. El hotel está a medio reformar, con decisiones cuestionables y chapuzas incomprensibles (el techo de la habitación mezclaba trozos con y sin estucado, de reparaciones mal hechas, manchas de pintura). El agua de nuestra ducha se filtró a la habitación del piso inferior y el lavabo no tiene toallero.
