When booking full board, please note that drinks are not included. The guest can book up to 4 rooms only. If you want to book 5 rooms or more, please contact our grupo department: grupos@hotelesposeidon.com . The hotel won´t accept bookings of 5 or more rooms. Please note that in accordance with local laws, this property does not admit groups of more than 3 rooms or groups on stag/hen parties or similar. In the case of groups, a deposit of € 100 per room will be requested upon arrival (in cash or by credit card) that will be returned on check-out date *Notice* Works on the building behind the Poseidon Playa Hotel starting 10/14/24 If the guest checks out on 12/25, the last meal they can ask for is breakfast. They will not be able to have dinner on 12/25 as it is a holiday special evening, and it is not included in the price.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking half board, note that drinks are not included. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. A deposit may be required at the property.
