Estuvimos tres noches. Muy linda estadía, recomendable 100% por ubicación, confort de las instalaciones, vista de la habitación, atención del personal, las piletas, el jardín y sus instalaciones. Además ofrecen una cartelera de entretenimientos diarios y muy variados. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Gracias!!

El desayuno muy abundante pero faltó queso crema untable y variedad de algunas frutas. Podrían incorporar máquina para tener jugo natural de naranja y mejorar la calidad del café, pero todo esto también depende de las exigencias de cada pasajero.

First of all, the hotel, especially in May when I visited it with my wife and child, feels like a retirement home. Honestly, I have nothing against elderly people, but I spent 7 days in the hotel where my child was literally the only child there. Everyone else were pensioners, so naturally all the facilities and atmosphere are tailored to them. So, if you are traveling with a child or you are a younger couple without kids – I would strongly advise you to avoid this hotel. If you are retired – you will probably find it fine in that regard. Regarding the rooms – they are okay for Spanish standards, a mid-range level, nothing special, but not bad either. Interestingly, there is a safe in the room, but using it comes with an extra charge, which I have honestly never seen anywhere before. The food is okay. Desserts are a bit weaker, but savory food is fine. However, there is one major complaint. Whenever there is a “premium” item for lunch or dinner – for example tuna, salmon, beef steak, etc. – the hotel’s system is designed in a way to minimize consumption as much as possible. The chef prepares it in front of you, but for example eight people are waiting in line with plates, and he only puts four small portions on the grill at a time. This creates unnecessary queues and a very poor organization from the hotel. And if you ask for two pieces – the chef reacts quite sharply, which feels very unpleasant. Also, it is impossible to enter the restaurant twice during the same meal period. For example, if you want to have a coffee in the morning and come back an hour later for breakfast – that is not allowed. You cannot enter the restaurant twice during the same meal time. If you want to take a cookie for your child – it is strictly forbidden. Everything is checked and taken away at the restaurant exit, which is unbelievable.
