This historic property was in a fabulous location central to everything

This is an expensive 5 star hotel whose room amenities are basic. Some of the reception staff are rude and disrespectful. The upgraded rooms are at the front of the hotel and very noisy.

Beautiful old building.

Alongside the square and adjacent to the stunning cathedral and full of people who wished to see it. The most expensive of the many Paradors I have used and I foolishly assumed there would be a pool and other facilities for guests. I would never use a hotel in Spain without these. My fault but the absence should, I feel, be more apparent.

Hermoso lugar por donde se lo mire. Excelente atención del personal dando soluciones, comida de primera. La mejor ubicación de Santiago.

Le manque d’investissement dans le personnel. Ne prends pas la peine de répondre et contenter ses clients. Ne pas être capable de proposer un prestataire pour le portage des sacs. Au pris ou l’on paye sa chambre, je trouve cela très moyen

Fantastic location that embraces the culture and history of Santiago. It’s definitely worth the splurge. The room was very well laid out in the beds were super comfortable. The bathroom was massive. Breakfast was included, and it was absolutely delicious with a huge spread of a variety of meats, cheese, pastries, with made to order omelettes and eggs.

Nothing. It was great.

It’s stunning old world charm, great breakfast, well appointed bathroom. Very grand and unique.
