Habitación grande y limpia

La falta de profesionalidad. Nos dieron habitación y salimos a ver Soria al volver no podíamos entrar a la habitación y al preguntar en recepción no habían cambiado de habitación sin avisar sin preguntar si teníamos algo dentro. No le pareció normal ese cambio repentino sin avisar y sin saber ellos si habíamos dejado algo en la habitación cuando la habitación que nos dieron era igual a la otra. Decepción total

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad de una recepcionista, me consiguió un taxi un día complicado. Le pregunté su nombre y me dijo que se llamaba Jennifer. Es muy importante la amabilidad del personal con los clientes, el resto del personal también era amable.
