Everything was superb from the first minute - from the friendly gentleman running the hotel, to the beautiful and very grand reception area. My room was far better than I had expected, very good value for money. Wonderful spacious bathroom. Location is convenient for station and town. Montecatini is a delightful town and I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel.

Easy location close to town centre. Steff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always there with a smile and really tried to make stay welcoming Rooms were a good size, fresh clean and easily accessible with a lift Concierge were ready with recommendations, very handy

neighbours were awful, loud and disrespectful, late at night, not just to us, but to many, I believe they were addressed about their etiquette, which we appreciate
