Parador de Pontevedra

This is an exquisite property. An old home/palace, beautifully appointed and updated. Fabulous bathrooms, great bar and restaurant, lovely staff. The location is in the old medieval section with quick walk to shops and plazas. Right on the camino for next days journey. Great restaurants nearby and a local grocery with lovely fresh fruit, cheese and wines.

As an older property, there was little sound insulation- the restaurant was outside my window and I could hear my neighbors walking and rolling their bags in their room above me. After a long day on the camino, I slept well but if I had not been so tired that may have been an issue.

Beautiful property and had a standard room with balcony. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Right on Camino and close to town stores and restaurants.

Loved everything

A lovely old building which has been restored/renovated very well. It was in the old city area which seemed appropriate. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Huge room and lovely garden terrace. Beautiful building and great location for the camino

No facilities to make tea and coffee. No breakfast earlier than 8 am. Same as every parador
