Don't miss the breakfast buffet!!!!! The quality is high and the quantity sumptuous. You even can enjoy - if you want - a glass (or two) of cava to make it a real feast. The breakfast staff also was very hospitable and happy to help. A great start of the day!

Just an observation: contrary to the breakfast staff (see above), the staff at the reception was less cordial; not unfriendly, but less attentive. During check in the phone was answered 3 times by the front desk lady. Which is in my opinion not OK, certainly not in a 5 star luxurious accommodation.

"Wonderful overnight visit 🤩"

Everything about our one night stay was lovely. Being in the castle was a magical experience and we loved the original stone features and quality furniture. Our room was spacious with a large luxury bathroom with walk in shower large enough for both of us! The food in both the terrace bar and restaurant was high quality and the staff in both were super attentive. All the hotel staff were polite and helpful.

We were disappointed that the battlements were still closed due to “incompleted renovations”. Someone during our stay flew a drone up there over the castle and it all looked new and perfect so maybe there’s another reason why it’s now closed🤷🏼‍♀️

The chance of staying inside a medieval castle of Spain is purely over the top. So much better that what we can be asking for, also unique from anything else.

Some parts of the castle were under construction that we didn't have a chance to visit. Also the staffs weren't very passionate about providing a bit more backgrounds regarding the site, which is also a pity.
