l'accueil effectué par les 2 réceptionnistes était froid et manquait d'amabilité; l'une des agents d'accueil n'a pas levé la tête à notre arrivée et d'un bras tendu nous a dirigé vers sa collègue .

Magnífico edificio con una preciosa decoración de estilo medieval. Camas muy cómodas. Habitaciones amplias y muy limpias. Aparcamiento gratuito en las inmediaciones.

El hotel no había previsto suficiente personal. Los camareros del desayuno estaban desbordados y olvidaron la mitad de mi pedido. Había una larga cola para registrarse. El desayuno no estaba bueno.

El edificio aunque no sé podía visitar completamente

La falta de personal tanto en el bar como en el desayuno. El desayuno muy mal para lo que fueron en sus tiempos los desayunos de los Paradores
