A wonderful stay in this Parador. The staff when we booked in were wonderful. We enjoyed the restaurant in the evening and breakfast was also delicious. A nice area of town with some lovely bars in the port

After a wonderful stay our impression of the Parador was marred by the man on reception as we were leaving. I'm hoping he doesn't treat all the guests so brusquely - perhaps it was a bad day for him. It stopped me from giving the Parador a ten score

Generally speaking the hotel is well located and the rooms were fine. When we left, they didn't ask us how was our stay and the person didn't seem to care beyond getting paid. I encourage you to make sure there is focus on asking customers how their experience was.
