Parador de Almagro

Tout était parfait Les locaux splendides, propreté irréprochable, gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner raffiné et copieux. Tout était réuni pour passer 2 jours dans cette belle ville.

Su ubicación, el edificio histórico

Que aunque tenga q mantener la decoración adecuada para el edificio, hay q actualizarlo, está súper anticuado. Aunque haya q mantener azulejos, hay forma de darle un toque para q queden actualizada la habitación. Las sillas hay q retapizar, no pueden estar mas gastadas. Y por no hablar de los baños, reforma total por favor. Llegamos con ganas de ir a la piscina y no estaba todavía abierta. En mayo con el calor y si funcionar, nos decepcionó

Thw Paradores of Spain are always pleasant. Almagro is in a beautiful smaller city and the accommodations were up the usual standards of the Parador system. We were particularly interested in "La Mancha" and Cervantes stories of Don Quixote. Almagro made for a perfect location to explore the region and sample the cuisine!

Nothing to really complain about. There re several enclosed garden areas, but the seating areas are limited in several of them. We enjoyed these beautiful areas, but would have liked a bit more seating. On the other hand, additional seating would attract more people and the areas would have been less tranquil. Tranquility or more places to sit? I think I'll take the tranquility!

Perfectly balanced, everything was right it this beautiful historical building. The room was fresh and ample, with a good shower and bath. The complete place was outstanding, the architecture, decoration, rooms and grounds absolutely beautiful, everywhere we went in the place there was something amazing to discover. Most importantly was the staff at all levels. The reception staff welcome was great, setting up the stay really. Helped us booking taxis, providing us with some extra requirements and always ready to help. The cleaning staff, efficient, kind and friendly. The pool staff just as great as the pool area. In general a highly recommended Parador.
