"Amazing facility, great beds and food, terrible communication"

Perfect location, amazing building — intriguing and unique. Service was very good. Beds were very comfortable, and food was excellent, but quite expensive. Very difficult to get to the hotel, and instructions on how to reach them did not work as described. Reception did not answer telephone after multiple attempts to reach the hotel to get help with directions. Some of staff at reception were amazing, others less so. I completely understand that this is is a foreign country where it would not be reasonable to expect all staff to be fluent in English, but for an elite hotel like this one, one would expect slightly better English skills at the reception.

"Fijn verblijf in historisch centrum."

De centrale ligging in oude stad op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Fijn hotel in 14e eeuws huis, mooi gemoderniseerd. Aardige bediening bij receptie en in restaurant.

Ivm werkzaamheden is het moeilijk met de auto bij de parador te komen. Men verstrekt wel goede informatie en route beschrijving. De parkeergarage is ons goed bevallen.

"Como en el medievo"

La ubicación, el personal, los desayunos.

Mi habitación (301) daba a unas vistas preciosas pero daba también a la zona de acceso de carga y descarga, se oía gente hablando, cargando o descargando cosas, deberían insonorizar más esas ventana.
