Property Notes

Please note that access to the hotel via Diputación Street is closed, as the street becomes pedestrianized. Access to the hotel car park is via Manuel Marin street, at the end is the Parking Giner de los Rios and on the right you will find our car park. Customers can also use the nearest municipal car park, located just below the Plaza de España, which can be accessed from Calle La Cruz. Approx. price €1/hour. Please note that disabled access to the hotel is via a side entrance. Please note that the pool area is not accessible for guests in a wheelchair. We remind guests that smoking is not allowed within the facilities (except terrace/solarium and breakfast terrace). A EUR 200 will be charged to those who do not respect this rule, to cover the high cost of restoring the rooms to their smoke-free status. All special requests such as high or low floors, double/twin beds, bath/shower or location of the rooms are assigned upon check-in and based on availability. "Parfait pour s’imprégner de l’ambiance du centre touristique de Nerja"

Joli hôtel au coeur de Nerja proche de tous les points d’intérêts. Nous avions la très belle chambre avec 2 terrasses. L’accueil est très chaleureux. Prévoir un peu de marche jusqu’au parking.

"Price was high for 3 star & common areas noisy, offset by facilities in room"

Location was excellent, room was spotless, tea, coffee facilities in room, water replaced daily/ when empty.

Noisy when residents came in late, also every time a nearby bedroom opened/closed. Breakfast was overpriced for what was included so ate out.

"We had a great time"

Location is perfect and staff are so lovely. Rooms are small but beds and pillows are comfortable.

Lift only to 2nd floor so it’s a struggle getting luggage up higher than 2nd floor.
