So many choices for dining around the hotel

This property is in a great location, has great parking and the staff were all excellent. But this is not a 4 star property, it would be lucky to be three star with today’s standards. What four star hotel do you know that doesn’t have pool towels and rather sells you towels? No real food at the pool area, it’s basically a coffee shop. This is a wasted opportunity for the hotel which is very family orientated, they could easily sell burgers and hotdogs and club sandwiches for both kids and adults. They have no porter service, no room service, no restaurant, just a dinning hall buffet style at all meals. This cannot be a four star category hotel, much less in a tourist area on the beach. But all that said it’s a well kept older property that was very nice to stay at and fun for my kids, but expectations and standards were not met.

It was a last minute decision to stay overnight and we had a great time

La entrada un caos… tardamos 1 hora en poder hacer el check in y solo teníamos 2 personas delante… la comida repetitiva y solo tienen animación o espectáculos los meses fuertes, por lo demás bien. El parking me esperaba que fuese subterráneo pero bien.

La experiencia en el fin de semana ha sido excelente en todo, el personal simpatico y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, la limpieza en las habitaciones y zonas comunes extraordinaria y las comidas son muy variadas y de buena calidad. Repetire sin duda.
