Parador de Teruel

Very nice old world building, typical Spanish, rooms were large a very clean, breakfast was a little expensive compared to other stays, but overall very welcoming and lots of parking on site free.

All Good, couldn’t find fault. But not having any food available until 8.30, when you have travelled across Spain you are tired and need food, my wife cannot eat late due to hiatus hernia, so eating late causes reflux due to not having digested her meal, so didn’t eat anything in hotel, had to go elsewhere to get food, the hotel is missing a trick here and loosing money to other local eateries.

Lack of welcome from reception staff- not even a smile. no offer to explain local amenities or hotel policies- very minimalist. Similar experience in bar- hard to get service.

Lage war gut, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Gute Küche.

Pool noch geschlossen bei über 30 Grad - ein wenig Flexibilität wäre da angebracht. Ausstattung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, auch da wäre etwas refurbishing angesagt. Absurde Aufteilung in Restaurant und Bar (ein Eis im Speisesaal ist nicht in der angrenzenden Veranda = Bar erhältlich…)

Great location.

It was very warm in the room. The air conditioning did not seem to work or it was very inadequate. This made an otherwise wonderful hotel somewhat uncomfortable.

The dinner in the restaurant and the serving staff were excellent.

Unfortunately when we arrived in the cafe / bar, we were told that no food was available until 8.30 p.m. when the kitchen would be open. We were quite disappointed as it was the first time we had experienced this in any of Parador cafe / bars that we had visited previously.

La struttura in se non è male, anche se fuori dalla citta, ma questa è una caratteristica di quasi tutti i parador, quindi non è un problema. Posteggio comodo anche se molto affollato.

Impossibile prenotare dal sito dell'albergo, quindi ho dovuto ricorrere a Booking, per il medesimo prezzo. a parte questo... da un albergo a 4 stelle mi attenderei di più, od almeno in altri trovo di più ad esempio: - Attesa lunghissima al bar per avere 2 Martini, in quanto tutto il personale era occupato a servire la cena e predisporre da se le bevande servite ai tavoli , mentre in altri Hotel, anche di categoria inferiore, di solito al bar c'è un addetto fisso, avendolo saputo, oltre a cenare in città ci avrei anche preso il Martini; - Trovare nel cassatto del comodino della stanza qualche cosa di abbandonato da precedenti clienti non è il massimo e denota la scarsa attenzione del personale per la pulizia... (allego foto gia mostrata alla reception al momento della partenza) - dover ascoltare le telefonate dei clienti che si accalcano all'ingresso per parlare al cellulare non è il massimo, ma questo non riguarda l'otel, ma proprio gli ospiti. Se dovessi tornare a Teruel andrei altrove.
