Air conditioning does not work

great location, fantastic golf course. Easily accessible and good parking. We did enjoy the views and the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable enough.

check in took about 25 minutes for 3 people, and it was not busy. All of our names were wrong on the bill, and the staff in the restaurant/bar was rude. Breakfast only opens at 7.30 (which is ridiculously late for a 5star) and service was bad. there's a sign that says wait to be seated, but if you do nobody will attend to you. No coffee was offered, we had to discover on our own that there was a small coffee maker near the buffet. Quality of the food in the restaurant was certainly not good. The meat was not tasty. If I order a steak, i would expect the waiter to tell me if it comes without any sides.So we got a dry peace of steak without anything, no salt/pepper on the table and when we asked we got little paper sackets of salt. seriously, not 5* in any sense. At lunchtime we asked for food and drinks in the bar restaurant. the Waitress was clearly in a horrible mood, got the orders wrong, was very rude and unfriendly and service was absolutely horrible. The premises also needs some upgrading, bathroom had a bit of mold and the place is just not cosy. The spa is kind of ok, but for 40 euros for 90 minutes one expects something more impressive, i really don't understand why the 90 minutes thing...

El precio y el colchón, malísimo e incómodo

Lo primero lo de pedir una tarjeta de crédito por seguridad cono si un empresario fuera a destrozar la habitación mientras duerme. Luego hacía un calor horrible en la habitación y tenían el aire acondicionado bloqueado a 20 grados. En invierno 20 grados saca calor y no frío. Tuvimos que abrir la puerta del balcón y se llenó de mosquitos enormes. Me pasé la noche matando mosquitos. Y eso que las cortinas estaban bien cerradas. Luego quise pedir una factura y su contestación fue, el sistema no me puede generar ninguna factura.

Las vistas, la tranquilidad..

Todo me gustó
