Reservei para 3 adultos e não tinha condições para o terceiro, dormiu na sala em cama pequena e estreia. Quando nos dirigimos à piscina na parte da manhã havia uma zona interditada porque alguém vomitou e o respectivo vomito andava a boiar e assim ficou até ao final do dia. Comida com muita variedade mas razoável de qualidade.

We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at Grupotel Mar de Menorca and had a truly wonderful family holiday. A huge thank you has to go to the entertainment team – Noelia, Samara, Lorena and Jonny. They were absolutely incredible and are a real credit to the hotel. Always smiling, full of energy and fantastic with both children and adults, they made every day fun and memorable. The activities were brilliant, and our children looked forward to seeing them every day. The pools were a huge hit with our family. The Magic Carpet was definitely our favourite activity, while the water basketball and darts were great fun too. The children's splash pool with slides was perfect for burning off energy and kept the children entertained for hours. The mini club was also fantastic. There were colouring activities to keep the children entertained. Our children loved having their faces painted whenever they attended, which quickly became a holiday highlight. Parents stay with their children during the sessions, which wasn't a problem for us at all as we enjoy spending that time together. In fact, it provided a lovely change of scenery and a welcome break from the sunshine during the hottest part of the day. The entertainment team were so engaging, enthusiastic and patient with the children, making everyone feel welcome and included. The evening entertainment was also lovely. The mini disco was great fun, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job of getting all the children involved and making everyone feel included. Later in the evening there were usually outside entertainers such as singers and musicians, which created a nice atmosphere for those wanting to sit with a drink, relax, or have a dance. The acrobat show was the standout evening for our family and is an absolute must-see. While some of the other evening entertainment was aimed more towards adults, it wasn't an issue for us as the children were usually happily exhausted after a full day of activities, swimming and fun in the sun. A handy tip for families is to keep some €1 and €2 coins handy for the children's rides, air hockey, pool tables and other games, which are all reasonably priced and available throughout the day. We chose to stay on a bed and breakfast basis despite many recommendations to go all-inclusive, and we're really glad we did. Breakfast was plentiful every morning with lots of choice for everyone. We also ate dinner in the hotel twice during our stay and were genuinely impressed. The selection for both adults and children was excellent, and we felt it offered fantastic value for money. We tried the Italian pizza takeaway one evening, which was nice, but honestly we preferred the hotel buffet for both choice and value. The reception staff were lovely and welcoming throughout our stay. We were checked in by Luis, who was friendly, professional and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special mention also to Ross the lifeguard, who was always approachable and great with guests. We were fortunate enough to meet Tomeniu, the head chef, as we had some specific dietary requirements. He couldn't have been more accommodating, helpful and genuinely kind. It's always reassuring when staff go above and beyond to ensure your family is looked after. The hotel itself was spotless. The cleanliness throughout the resort was excellent, and combined with the quality of the food, service and entertainment, it made for a really relaxing holiday. The location is exactly as many reviews describe – peaceful and quite secluded. There are four buses a day, which are useful, but if you're planning to explore the island extensively, the connections via Mahón can make journeys quite time-consuming and sometimes a little tricky to coordinate. We hired a car for part of our stay and found it by far the best way to discover more of Menorca at our own pace. Car hire can also be arranged directly through reception, making it really easy. If you're happy staying around the resort, the location is perfect, but for those wanting to see the island's hidden gems, I'd definitely recommend hiring a car for a few days. Would we return? Absolutely, without hesitation. The cleanliness, food, service, entertainment and wonderful staff all exceeded our expectations. Thank you to everyone who helped make our stay so special – we made some fantastic family memories and would happily return in the future.

Posizione comoda, tutto a portata di mano (parcheggio, aeroporto, location vicine, ristorante dell’hotel, piscina). La sera molto silenzioso attorno. Materasso e cuscino molto comodi.

Pulizia camera potrebbe essere più accurata. Ristorante discreto, soddisfa un po’ tutti.
